the Digital Economy
WHAT IS THE IOT OPPORTUNITY?
Digital convergence continues to create new opportunities by making smarter connections between people, process, data, and things. The estimated $19 trillion global opportunity known as the Internet of Things (IoT) is happening at an increasingly rapid pace. By 2030, over 500 billion devices will be connected to the IoT* contributing to the growing skills gap in the areas of networking and IT services, coding and web development, cyber security, automation and advanced manufacturing, and data analytics.
